NICOLE
Nicole Richie is an American actress, author, singer, socialite and tv personality. She was born as Nicole Camille Escovedo in Berkeley, California on September 21, 1981. She was legally adopted by Lionel Richie and his wife when she was nine years old, although she had been living with them from the age of 2.

Nicole is probably most known for her role in the reality tv series The Simple Life in which she appeared with her best friend Paris Hilton. Nicole has also guest starred in several other tv series such as Six Feet Under, American Dreams and Chuck.

In 2005 Nicole wrote a semi-autobiographical novel The Truth About Diamonds, which is loosely based on her life, but is mostly fictional. In 2008 she announced plans to launch House of Harlow, a jewellery line that will expand to children's wear and accesories, named after her daughter Harlow.
